Coordination Meeting Between Al Maktoum Foundation and Dubai Healthcare Foundation

The Al Maktoum Foundation and the Healthcare Fund of the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) held a coordination meeting within the framework of cooperation and care for people of determination. During the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance cooperation between them to provide the best services for all segments of society, especially the people of determination.

 

Salem bin Lahej, Director of the Dubai Healthcare Fund, reviewed the Fund’s strategy aimed at improving people’s lives to ensure the provision of patients’ future needs. He stressed that the Fund’s strategy resorted to the best-qualified specialists in the field to provide health care that meets the best international standards, especially for the people of determination.

 

Samira Mohammed, Head of the Media Department at the Foundation, stated that this meeting comes within the framework of the Fund’s care for the people of determination through its activities that focus on this segment, such as the initiative of Her Highness Sheikha Rawdha bint Ahmed Al Maktoum Award for the People of Determination and the “We Are With You” Forum, organized annually the Foundation at Kite Beach, Dubai with the participation of local centers and clubs of the people of determination. She highlighted the importance of coordination between Dubai authorities and institutions to provide integrated services for the people of determination.

 

The meeting was attended by Salem bin Lahej, Director of the Fund, and Maryam Ahmed Abdullah, while the attendees from the Foundation included Samira Mohammed, Head of the Media Department, and Mohammed Tawfeeq Ahmed, Managing Editor.
